The Solution

We initially sought to find alternatives that would be less harmful to the planet, both in terms of CO2 emissions and environmental impact all the way from cradle to grave. We were pleased to find that there were options available, but found that there was a lack of clarity on what being an “eco nappy” actually meant. Only a very small % of nappies makers were claiming to be eco-friendly and even less truly were.

We have since developed relationships with several of the UK’s leading green companies within the nappy market and are positioning ourselves to spread the use of more environmentally friendly nappies and they're associated products. Through education and easier access, at affordable prices. Furthermore we are currently working with various partners to develop the disposal infrastructure required to make a truly sustainable disposable eco-nappy market
